Road transport in Europe is currently operated by each company independently. NEWRONS (Nippon Express Worldwide Road Transport Network System) is a new management system that allows the network of inter-city Truckers to be operated in a much better way:

NEWRONS owns road transport information such as a road schedule including departure/arrival time, payload capacity or loading details and is held jointly between host computers. Member companies can see the entire European transport schedule on the system in real time, so they can find the best Trunk service and reserve loading space.
NEWRONS is able to consolidate goods from several sub-systems and it's capacities go beyond mere Trunk service. It can also be used for local delivery services and for warehouse & distribution business.
