Support for UNICEF Foreign Coins Collection Program
The UNICEF Foreign Coins Collection Program makes use of foreign coins which have been forgotten or left at home after being brought into Japan by overseas tourists in order to fund activities which aim to improve the health care and save children in developing counties. Nippon Express is supporting this program together with the other corporate members of its Executive Committee.
We are taking advantage of our carriage network of air transportation to transport foreign coins at home and abroad. We are committed to a social contribution based on the philosophy of ‘Enhancement of Children’s Welfare Worldwide, Spirit of Global Cooperation’. The coins boxes are placed at the branch offices of our Travel Business Division.
