1.Our approach to a live shareholders meeting and trouble-free exercise of voting rights

Organizational Structure Nippon Express has adopted an online voting system that enables investors to exercise their voting rights via the Internet. In addition, we have introduced an Electronic Voting Platform for Institutional and Foreign Investors of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which we call The Tosho Platform.
