NOTICE OF EXECUTED MERGER
We are pleased to announce that HQ Tokyo has approved the merger by incorporation of the three Italian companies of the Group, Nippon Express Italia Srl, Franco Vago SpA and Traconf Srl with effect from January 1, 2020.
The new entity, called NIPPON EXPRESS ITALIA SpA, with 35 Offices on the national territory only for a total of 450 Employees, is confirmed as one of the largest Italian operators in the sector and among the largest on the international scene.
The operation will allow, in continuity with what has been done up to now, to implement and refine the already wide and personalized range of services offered to its customers with increasingly dynamic and competitive business proposals, increasing the already high level of professionalism and skills acquired.
All your sales representatives are available to answer any questions you may have and to provide any necessary additional information, but we can confirm that the structure of the offices, the entire staff and, above all, the top management will remain unchanged.
