Sales office opened in Surabaya airport

Nippon Express' local air cargo company in Indonesia, Nippon Express (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. (President: NAKADA Nobuya), has established a Surabaya Airport Sales Office, the eighth business location opened by Nippon Express in that country.

The Surabaya Sales Office was opened in January of this year in an industrial complex located in Surabaya, Indonesia's second largest city, and has since acquired cargo traffic from a number of Japanese manufacturers; a second office was established in Surabaya Airport to further improve service quality and to allow operations at the airport to be conducted independently.

With the Surabaya Airport Sales Office being located within the Surabaya Airport Building, customers can now enjoy the convenience of being able to confirm within five minutes at any time the arrival or departure of cargo at/from that airport.

In conjunction with the opening of this new office, the two business locations in Surabaya, like the offices in Jakarta, will be linked by dedicated lines to the Nippon Express Group's overseas information network, enabling them to engage in high-level data exchange with Group offices around the world.
