Subsidiary company opens in South Korea

Nippon Express has established a subsidiary company in South Korea to handle air cargo for global corporations; this new company will open for business on 1 November.

Heretofore Nippon Express has handled cargo in South Korea by contracting with local agents and by utilizing its Seoul and Pusan Representative Offices, set up in November 1963 and October 1973 respectively.

Nippon Express has established its first subsidiary company in South Korea now to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of customers expanding their businesses globally.

Other air freight, marine transportation and removals operations will continue to be handled in cooperation with local agents.
