Nippon Express Group Opens Cikampek Sales Office Outside Jakarta, Indonesia

2 December 2003

Three Nippon Express Group companies - PT Nippon Express Indonesia (Nobuya Nakada, President), Nippon Express' local subsidiary in Indonesia for air cargo operations, PT Nittsu Lemo Indonesia Logistik (Shoichi Maeda, President), Nippon Express' local subsidiary for ocean cargo operations, and PT Nittsu Shoji Indonesia (Kinichi Sasada, President) - opened a new sales office in Cikampek on the eastern outskirts of Jakarta, Indonesia, in November.

Jakarta is home not only to the head offices of these companies but also two offices in or near the Sukarno-Hatta International Airport as well as the Chibitung Sales Office located inside the MM2100 East Jakarta Industrial Park. These offices have generated impressive results in acquiring cargo shipments, primarily from Japanese manufacturers.

The Cikampek Sales Office is operated jointly by the three NE Group companies and offers a full range of services: import and export air cargo/ocean cargo/removals operations, special packaging, and import/export agency operations.
