Partial Restructuring of Head Office

To create a compliance management system and to actively expand it throughout the company and the Nippon Express Group, Nippon Express has set up a new Compliance Division within its present head office organization.

Among the responsibilities assigned this Compliance Division are drafting basic compliance guidelines, constructing and maintaining a compliance management system, providing training and guidance to employees, checking and evaluating compliance levels, and strengthening compliance management within the Nippon Express Group as a whole. This move is a clear expression of the company's determination to pursue compliance management across the Nippon Express Group.

Considering compliance management to be the foundation on which it operates, Nippon Express will endeavor to fulfill its social responsibilities through fair and appropriate corporate activities as a global logistics company to reinforce the trust that it has earned over its many years in business.
