Nippon Express earns top freight forwarder ranking in 2003 Air Cargo Quality Survey
30 March 2004
Nippon Express has been ranked No. 1 overall in the Freight Forwarder Division of the 2003 Air Cargo Quality Survey published by the US' International Logistics Quality Institute (ILQI).
This ranking represents the sum total of assessments of freight forwarders engaged in the international air cargo business in the US by 800 shipper companies selected by industry, region, scale of use, and shipping volume. Assessments were made in six categories: reliability of service, freight rates, transit time, network, customer service, and technology.
According to this survey, the category on which shippers place the greatest emphasis in selecting freight forwarders is reliability of service, followed by freight rates, and Nippon Express was ranked top in both of these.
The ILQI was established in 2003, and this year's ranking survey was its first. Nippon Express is committed to maintaining and improving the quality of its services and to further increasing customer satisfaction so that it can earn the top place in all assessment categories in future.
