May 15, 2006 — Nippon Express uses an index-based surcharge that is adjusted monthly.Changes to the surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for June is as follows:
- Us Average: 18.5%
- East Coast Average: 18.5%
- New England: 19.5%
- Central Atlantic: 19.5%
- Lower Atlantic: 18.0%
- Midwest: 18.0%
- Gulf Coast: 17.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 20.0%
- West Coast: 21.0%
