December 18, 2006 — surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for January is as follows:
- Us Average: 15.5%
- East Coast Average: 15.0%
- New England: 16.5%
- Central Atlantic: 16.5%
- Lower Atlantic: 14.5%
- Midwest: 15.0%
- Gulf Coast: 14.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 16.5%
- West Coast: 18.0%
