March 21, 2006 — Nippon Express uses an index-based surcharge that is adjusted monthly.Changes to the surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for April is as follows:
- Us Average: 15.0%
- East Coast Average: 15.5%
- New England: 16.5%
- Central Atlantic: 16.0%
- Lower Atlantic: 15.0%
- Midwest: 14.5%
- Gulf Coast: 15.0%
- Rocky Mountain: 15.5%
- West Coast: 16.5%
