December 17, 2007 - surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for January is as follows:
- Us Average: 22.5%
- East Coast Average: 23.0%
- New England: 25.0%
- Central Atlantic: 24.5%
- Lower Atlantic: 22.0%
- Midwest: 22.0%
- Gulf Coast: 21.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 22.5%
- West Coast: 23.5%
