January 17, 2007 — surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for February is as follows:
- Us Average: 14.0%
- East Coast Average: 13.5%
- New England: 15.5%
- Central Atlantic: 15.0%
- Lower Atlantic: 13.0%
- Midwest: 13.5%
- Gulf Coast: 13.0%
- Rocky Mountain: 15.5%
- West Coast: 16.5%
