June 20, 2007 — surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for July is as follows:
- Us Average: 17.5%
- East Coast Average: 17.5%
- New England: 18.0%
- Central Atlantic: 18.0%
- Lower Atlantic: 17.0%
- Midwest: 17.0%
- Gulf Coast: 17.0%
- Rocky Mountain: 18.5%
- West Coast: 19.0%
