- Us Average: 18.0%
- East Coast Average: 17.5%
- New England: 18.5%
- Central Atlantic: 18.5%
- Lower Atlantic: 17.5%
- Midwest: 18.0%
- Gulf Coast: 17.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 19.0%
- West Coast: 19.0%
