- Us Average: 29.0%
- East Coast Average: 29.5%
- New England: 30.5%
- Central Atlantic: 31.0%
- Lower Atlantic: 29.0%
- Midwest: 29.0%
- Gulf Coast: 28.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 28.0%
- West Coast: 29.5%
