- Us Average: 22.0%
- East Coast Average: 22.5%
- New England: 25.0%
- Central Atlantic: 24.0%
- Lower Atlantic: 22.0%
- Midwest: 21.5%
- Gulf Coast: 21.5%
- Rocky Mountain: 21.5%
- West Coast: 22.5%
