No packing required from the customer.
Packing will be handled by NX Group's international moving specialists.

Basic Terms of Service Use
For Japan:
- Nationality, Visa: Japanese nationals or those holding a visa that allows them to stay in Japan.
- Length of stay in Canada: Those who have been continuously residing in Canada for more than one year.
- Moving within Canada: You must have a visa that is valid on the day of your move.
上記に加え、日本への入国時に「別送品申告」のお手続きが必要です。
- * Customs clearance in cases of emergency return to Japan, temporary return to Japan for travel to a third country, or when the declarant is a minor is handled under special circumstances. Please consult with the relevant branch office.
For third countries:
- Visa: For those who are planning to obtain a visa, or those returning to their home country.
- Length of stay in Canada: Those who have been continuously residing in Canada for more than one year.
- For those planning to enter the country promptly and stay for an extended period after their luggage has been shipped.
- * Customs procedures vary from country to country, and there may be restrictions on the number of shipments, shipping deadlines, and transportation modes. Please contact your local branch as soon as possible.
