Nippon Express India adds floor space to Neemrana Logistics Center warehouse

Nippon Express India Co., Ltd. (P. Krishna Murthy, President; hereinafter "NE India"), a subsidiary of Nippon Express Co., Ltd., held an opening ceremony on Thursday, May 26 to mark the expansion of the Neemrana Logistics Center warehouse in India's largest Japanese logistics park, the Neemrana Industrial Park, located in the State of Rajasthan in northwestern India.

The Neemrana Industrial Park is the largest Japanese industrial park in India, hosting facilities for 43 Japanese companies. NE India has been operating there since 2010, when it opened the Neemrana Logistics Center with a 5,400m2 warehouse.

To meet demand from both Japanese and non-Japanese companies within the industrial park, the warehouse floor space has now been increased by 10,750m2. Nippon Express and NE India intend to use this opportunity to further expand their logistics business in India.

  • Warehousing services (storage control and cross-docking (Note 1) for materials, parts and products)
  • Delivery services (trunk-line transport (Note 2), just-in-time delivery, milk-runs (Note 3), etc.)
