Nippon Express Korea Co., Ltd. ("NE Korea"; Yukio Hayashi, President), a local subsidiary of Nippon Express Co., Ltd. (Mitsuru Saito, President), participated in tree-planting activities in Seoul's Noeul Park and Haneul Park on Saturday, April 20.
NE Korea has been a regular participant in tree-planting activities in a part of the park named "The Forest that Brings Hope" since 2015. Around 80 employees and family members joined in the latest effort, the company's sixth, and planted 230 trees.
Nippon Express Group companies in both Japan and around the world have been undertaking environmental conservation and CO2 reduction efforts tailored to local conditions.
The Group will continue actively contributing to global environmental conservation as a good corporate citizen cognizant of its social and public missions.
