Challenge (Before)
The satellite components developed by the customer exceeded the standard cargo dimensions of aircraft and could not be loaded for air transport in their existing configuration. To enable air shipment, it was necessary to adjust the packaging design and dimensions so that the cargo could fit within shared cargo space while ensuring transportation safety and compliance with airline requirements.

- We visited the customer’s warehouse to review packaging methods and transportation routes for air shipment together with the customer.
- We developed and validated a loading method that tilted the cargo within the packaging, carefully balancing internal weight distribution and ensuring stability once loaded on the aircraft.
- After conducting trial packaging, we coordinated with the airline to confirm handling requirements and cargo acceptance conditions.
- Packaging specifications were finalized to meet the airline’s acceptance standards.
