Inventory Visibility (SHUTTLE)

Our digital platform, “SHUTTLE,” links with WMS at multiple sites, visualizing inventory levels and information on incoming and outgoing inventory, allowing centralized management of inventory information for each site. “SHUTTLE” provides functions for management of supply chain procurement orders and shipping information, preventing excess inventory and stock outages while optimizing inventory globally.

Monitoring of Transport Progress (e-NX Visibility)

“e-NX visibility” is a digital tracking tool that visualizes the transport status after shipping, and is automatically updated to the latest status across transport modes and operators. It detects schedule changes and delay risks at an early stage, and supports the swift formulation of recovery plans.

System Integration at Scale

NX Italia has established over 250 active system integrations, enabling the exchange of more than 500,000 data flows annually with customers, customs brokers, shipping companies, and airlines. Integration solutions are designed on a case-by-case basis, covering the full spectrum of technologies — from EDI interchange via SFTP/FTP, through web services and API connections, JSON data flows, and XML/KAFKA environments, to direct database sharing — ensuring seamless connectivity with any customer or partner system.

KPI Reporting and Business Intelligence

NX Italia operates a Business Intelligence platform built on Microsoft Power BI, enabling the continuous monitoring and optimization of logistics and shipping performance. Both internal dashboards and customer-facing outputs are available, allowing customers to automatically receive tailored KPI reports covering handled volumes, costs, and key performance metrics — either through direct system integration or via personalized Excel-format reports for further analysis.
