Getting Started
Up and running in four steps
The onboarding process depends on your integration model. For Shopify-connected operations, setup is straightforward. For Global API or CSV-based projects, integration requirements are confirmed during the initial discovery phase.
Define your operating model
Discuss warehouse location, fulfillment requirements, and whether Shopify, Global API, or CSV-based integration is the right fit.
Complete onboarding and integration setup
Connect your Shopify store to DCX — or for other integration approaches, confirm the technical design and operational workflow with NX.
Send inventory to the NX warehouse
Inventory is received, inspected, and registered at the NX warehouse, with inventory updates handled according to your selected integration setup.
Launch fulfillment operations
Once live, NX handles all warehouse operations while you monitor orders, shipments, and inventory through the DCX dashboard from day one.
Typical onboarding: 2 to 4 weeks for standard Shopify connections; custom integration timelines are determined during the initial technical discovery.

Omnichannel
Supporting online and offline operations together
