We at Nippon Express Cambodia began household-moving services in 2014. We started from scratch together with our staff members of this country where “household-moving work” is unfamiliar, and now, as one of the few Japanese moving companies in the country, we provide quality that is at the same level as in Japan.
Teams of more than 10 operational staff members, who have received training on Nippon Express overseas-household moving, provide thorough support to customers, together with a Japanese staff member or Cambodian staff member who is able to read and write Japanese.
Household moving to foreign countries
We at Nippon Express provide support for the household moving of customers by utilizing our unique global network, which includes bases in cities in countries and regions worldwide. While some countries require a visa and work permit for the importing of household-moving baggage, our local bases in various countries understand the latest customs-clearance conditions, so customers can order our household-moving services with peace of mind.

Japanese quality that gives peace of mind
On the day of collecting your baggage, our operational staff members, who have received training on Nippon Express overseas-household moving, will visit your home and carry out interior packing for you there.
A Japanese staff member or Cambodian staff member who is able to read and write Japanese will accompany the other staff members, and will provide you with the necessary information and prepare documents in Japanese.
After your baggage has been packed at your home, it will be taken to a Nippon Express warehouse, and in the case of transport by sea freight, exterior packing for exporting will be carried out, and export arrangements will be made.
