Semiconductor manufacturing equipment often requires urgent transportation, and its highly precise structure makes it sensitive to even minor vibration or temperature fluctuations. For this reason, shipments have traditionally relied on air transport. However, air transport involves high costs, and large equipment may face size limitations that make air shipment difficult. As a result, an alternative transportation method was required that could maintain the safety standards needed for precision equipment while reducing overall logistics costs.

- To protect the equipment from marine conditions, shipments were prepared with reinforced waterproof packaging.
- Dedicated ASAC containers equipped with air suspension and temperature control were used to manage vibration, shock, and temperature fluctuations during transportation.
- RORO vessels were utilized so that cargo could be loaded and unloaded together with the chassis, minimizing vibration risks during handling.
- Upon arrival at the destination, transportation data was reviewed to verify the condition of the equipment before final delivery to the customer.
