Regarding the relocation of the office

If the building management company designates a union-operated moving company, we cannot perform the work directly. However, we will act as an intermediary between the customer and our partner union-operated moving company to carry out the work.

We can assist with packing company-owned equipment within the building during business hours, but moving operations are generally carried out at night outside of business hours. Large moves are carried out over the weekend. Also, since company documents are confidential, you will need to pack those documents yourself, and you only need to pack your own desk and surrounding items into designated boxes.

While you won't be required to do any work, we ask for your presence during the process because unexpected things can happen, and property damage that can only be discovered when moving office furniture may not be apparent.
