Pick Up & Delivery Service as part of International Air Freight Forwarding
As we are seeing rapid increases in fuel costs due to the geopolitical situation affecting the Middle East and Eastern Europe, starting from September 21, 2026 until further notice, we will be updating the Fuel Surcharge that is calculated as a percentage of pick-up and delivery fees on a weekly basis.
The Fuel Index for U.S. On-Highway Diesel Fuel Prices of the Monday of the previous week will determine the percentage to be applied based on the below chart. The fuel index, published by the Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy, is available through their web site at Energy Information Administration.
The first Fuel Surcharge under this new timing will be based on the index dated September 14, 2026 and go into effect starting September 21 through 27, 2026. From September 28, 2026 onwards, the Fuel Surcharge will be based on the Fuel Index from the Monday of the previous week and be effective from Monday through Sunday of each week.
