Easy-to-understand pricing system. We can accept up to 15 boxes of our special cardboard packaging.

You pack the items yourself, prepare the necessary documents, and then we'll take care of the rest.

Self-pack combo products are shipped by sea.

Collection is available only on weekdays. Please contact your branch office in advance to discuss collection dates.
During peak moving season, we are unable to collect your belongings, so please bring them to your local branch office.
High season: From the beginning of the fourth week of February to the fourth weekend of April. From the beginning of the fourth week of May to the last weekend of July.

Valuables, jewelry, cash, various certificates, diplomas, etc.
Items intended for sale or resale.
Promotional items, items of commercial value (tools, machinery, etc. used in the course of work), new items (items purchased within one year of returning to Japan)

Cargo insurance premiums are not included in the amounts below. Insurance can be purchased for 1.5% of the desired coverage amount. (Minimum premium: $25.00)

Examples of cargo insurance premiums:

If the total declared value of your cargo is $1,666.66 or less, the cargo insurance fee is $25.00.
If the total declared value of your cargo is $3,000.00, the cargo insurance fee will be $45.00.
If the total declared value of your cargo is $6,000.00, the cargo insurance fee will be $90.00.

This does not include costs incurred if quarantine inspections are conducted by Japanese customs, if destruction or disposal procedures are required, if taxes and public charges (customs duties and consumption tax) are imposed, or if any special work is required.
Due to customs regulations, this service is only available to those who are planning to return to Japan.
Self-pack combo products are only available in our S-size and M-size cartons, and the weight per box must be 25kg or less.
Delivery is available to all prefectures in Japan, excluding remote islands. Please contact your local branch office for information on delivery availability and additional charges for remote islands.
Packages are delivered only on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery times cannot be specified. Packages will be left at your doorstep.
We do not collect cardboard boxes after delivery.
Cancellation: Cancellation fees will apply from the moment the packaging materials are delivered.
If you cancel your order after the packaging materials have been delivered, a fee of $100 per pack will be charged to cover shipping and packaging material costs.
Surcharges (fuel, security, EBS, etc.) will be billed at actual cost.
