Regarding the collection of "Self-Pack Combo" items

Due to the peak moving season, we are unable to collect items from the beginning of the fourth week of February to the fourth weekend of April, and from the beginning of the fourth week of May to the last weekend of July.
Please bring your items to our warehouse on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. (Advance reservation required)
Please note that if you would like your items picked up from your home, please apply as soon as possible. (Weekdays only, advance reservation required)
