From Belgium to Japan
Things can get hectic once you've decided to return home. That's when you should leave it to NX. From packing to unpacking at your new home, we'll handle everything for you, taking care of all the work while you're busy.
NX will handle everything from initial meetings in Belgium to the actual work in Japan.
In addition to assisting with relocation, we also provide support for tax-free procedures when returning to your home country.
Moving process

- Please complete two separate baggage declaration forms on your return flight.
We also accept unaccompanied luggage from travelers.
A declaration form for unaccompanied baggage is required for import customs clearance. Please refer to the instructions below for how to fill out the form and complete the procedure.Fill out the required information on two copies of the "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" form.
(Declaration forms are available on the plane and at the designated counter at immigration customs.) After completing immigration procedures and baggage claim, submit the "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" to the customs officer at the customs counter and receive a stamp for verification.
One of the two declaration forms will be collected by customs, and the other will be returned to you. Please check that the form has been stamped and proceed to the exit (arrival lobby) (you cannot complete the procedure after entering the country).
Please visit the "Unaccompanied Baggage Declaration Counter" at Narita, Kansai, Chubu, or Fukuoka Airport, and hand over the stamped unaccompanied baggage declaration form along with your original passport to the staff member.

- Submit your declaration form to NX (at the airport counter or by mail).
- Arrangement for import customs clearance and delivery with NX Customer Center for customers returning home.
- Import customs clearance (handled by NX)
- Delivery of your packages, unpacking, and collection of unwanted materials at a later date.
