Items whose transportation or import is prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, or terms and conditions, or that require special procedures or permits, cannot be handled through our small package service.

In addition to the above, all items that are expected to cause damage to equipment, persons, and other consigned goods or delay in delivery, and items prohibited by the laws and regulations of the country of origin, the country of destination, and the countries through which the consigned goods pass.
Due to customs procedures requiring special arrangements or inaccurate address information, delays and excess charges may occur that are not attributable to our company.
