- NX Group integrated its proprietary e-commerce logistics application DCX with Shopify via API, enabling centralized management - from automated order capture to inventory control and shipping instructions. This eliminated the need for large-scale IT system investments.
- E-commerce operations were launched within the existing distribution center (DC) operations, eliminating additional internal transfer costs.
- DCX was deployed on existing devices such as mobile phones and tablets, reducing both the cost and lead time associated with procuring dedicated terminals.
