Steps to take before moving

1. First, take a look around.

A Japanese staff member will visit your home to check the volume of your luggage and explain customs procedures, prohibited items, and other relevant information, along with other relevant documents.

2. Submission of Quotation

Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your budget, company regulations, etc.
After inspecting the site, we will provide you with an estimate.

3. Deciding on the schedule

Please let us know your preferred dates for sea freight and air freight, depending on your return to Japan.
We can also advise you on scheduling adjustments to accommodate your desired delivery date.

4. Delivery of cardboard boxes

If you prefer to pack the items yourself beforehand, we will deliver cardboard boxes and other packaging materials.
We can also deliver the item to you when you come for a viewing, so please let us know when you contact us.
