This is a hassle-free plan where you leave everything related to your move to the NX Group, from packing to unloading your belongings into your new home.
1. Surprisingly, a preliminary visit
A Japanese staff member will visit your home to check the amount of your belongings. After the inspection, we will provide you with an estimate.
2. Cardboard box delivery
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you require pre-packing or are using our self-packing service, we will deliver cardboard boxes and other packaging materials to your home.
We can also deliver the item to you when you come to view it, so please feel free to stop by when you make an inquiry.
3. Determining the schedule
Please let us know your preferred dates, depending on the time of your stay.
4. Moving Day
Our experienced staff will visit your home to assess the items you wish to transport, pack and remove them, and then transport and unload them at your new residence.
On the day of the event, please manage and transport your own cash, passport, and other valuables.
Additionally, we ask that the building owner double-check all equipment and fixtures the day before.
