Moving process
- We will conduct a preliminary inspection of the amount of luggage, discuss the schedule, and meet to discuss the details of the services.

- Delivery of packaging materials
- Packing, collection, and preparation of packing details.

- Air freight and sea freight
- Please complete two separate baggage declaration forms on your return flight.

- Declare unaccompanied baggage at security checkpoint at arrival airport.
- Submit your declaration form to NX (at the airport counter or by mail).
- Arrangement for import customs clearance and delivery with NX Customer Center for customers returning home.
- Import customs clearance (handled by NX)
- Delivery of your packages, unpacking, and collection of unwanted materials at a later date.
From Italy to countries other than Japan

Depending on your destination country, you may not be able to import your belongings unless you have a visa and work permit in place.
NX has local offices in countries other than Japan that have the latest customs information, so you can entrust your move to us with confidence.
