We will collect personal information, such as your name, contact information (address, telephone number, fax number, email address, etc.), date of birth, age, gender, nationality, employer information, transaction history, information collected on our group company websites using cookies, etc. However, should it become necessary to use your personal information beyond the scope of these purposes, we will obtain your prior consent.

We will acquire personal information by lawful and fair means within the scope necessary for our business operations.

3. Provision and Outsourcing of Personal Information

Except as required by law, we will not disclose or provide your information to third parties without your permission. When providing your personal information to external parties, such as contractors, we stipulate in the contract that they must implement information management equivalent to ours and regularly verify their management systems.

5. Security Measures for the Protection of Personal Information

When moving overseas, for example, we may provide your personal information to third parties located overseas (including our group companies) in order to transport your entrusted belongings to your designated overseas destination.

7. Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction/Addition/Deletion, or Suspension of Use/Erasure/Suspension of Provision to Third Parties/Disclosure of Third-Party Provision Records (hereinafter referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”)

We take appropriate measures to ensure your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. If you wish to request Disclosure, etc., of information concerning yourself, please contact the Complaints and Consultation Desk for Personal Information below. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope. In such cases, a fee may be charged in accordance with our regulations.

8. Personal Information of Minors

We provide the same level of protection for personal information provided by minors as we do for adults. However, for individuals aged 15 or younger, we may obtain consent from a parent or guardian, as necessary.

9. Collection of Access Log and Use of Web Beacons and Cookies

To improve our website for your satisfaction, we collect statistics on how you use our website. To gather this statistical data, certain pages use technologies, such as web beacons and cookies, to track the number of times specific pages are accessed.
