Items that are difficult to handle during domestic moves
*The following items cannot be included in your moving shipment. Please arrange for their delivery yourself.
- Valuables such as jewels, precious metals, cash, securities, expensive jewelry, watches, etc.
- Living things (fish in aquariums, potted plants, etc.) *May wither or break

Regarding transportation insurance
Domestic moving insurance is required for each item.
The insurance premium is 1% of the insured amount. You will be asked to fill in the insured amount when packing.
Please note that the following are not covered by insurance.
- Natural deterioration, discoloration, deterioration, mold, rust, insect damage, etc.
- For sets and pairs, compensation will be provided for the lost or damaged item (part of the set).
- Wrinkles and stains on clothing
- If your electrical appliance experiences a decrease in functionality or malfunction, you will need a certificate from the repair company stating that it cannot be repaired.
*In the unlikely event that your package is damaged or defective, please report it within one month of delivery.
