Once we have an estimated arrival date for your package in the Middle East, we will send you an arrival notification and any necessary documents in the Middle East via email in Japanese.
- * Please note that in the United Arab Emirates, we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- * For Middle Eastern countries other than the United Arab Emirates, we are closed on Fridays and public holidays.
- * There is a free storage period after arrival in the country, but storage fees will be charged thereafter.

★Work scope: Standard
The cardboard boxes will be delivered to your designated room. *Unpacking service is not provided.
We will unpack and set up large furniture and electrical appliances. *Excluding new items.
★Delivery Procedure
[Important] Please keep your own valuables (cash, keys, wallet, jewelry, watch, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) safe.
- A staff member will call out the box number at the entrance, so please indicate which room the box should be delivered to.
- At the same time, please check that all the box numbers on the import shipment receipt that our staff will give you on the day have been delivered.
