From Spain to Japan

Things can get hectic once you've decided to return home. That's when you should leave it to NX. From packing to unpacking at your new home, we'll handle everything for you, taking care of your busy schedule.
NX will handle everything from initial meetings in Spain to the actual work in Japan.

Moving process

1. We will conduct a preliminary inspection of the amount of luggage, discuss the schedule, and meet to discuss the details of the services.
2. Price information
3. Delivery of packaging materials
4. Packing, collection, and preparation of packing details.
5. Air freight and sea freight
6. Please complete two separate baggage declaration forms on your return flight.

   Fill out the required information on two copies of the "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" form.
   (Declaration forms are available on the plane and at the designated counters at immigration customs.) After completing immigration procedures and baggage claim, submit the "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" to the customs officer at the customs counter and receive a stamp. One of the two declaration forms will be collected by customs, and the other will be returned to you. Please confirm that the stamp has been applied before proceeding to the exit (arrival lobby) (procedures cannot be made after immigration). Alternatively, visit the "Declaration of Unaccompanied Baggage Reception Counter" at Narita, Kansai, Chubu, or Fukuoka airports and hand the stamped Declaration of Unaccompanied Baggage along with your original passport to the officer.
   (We will make a copy of your original passport and return it to you on the spot.)

   • Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport)
   • Kansai International Airport
   • Chubu Centrair International Airport
7. Declare unaccompanied baggage at security checkpoint at arrival airport.
8. Submit your declaration form to NX (at the airport counter or by mail).
9. Arrangement for import customs clearance and delivery with NX Customer Center for customers returning home.
10. Import customs clearance (handled by NX)
11. Delivery of your packages, unpacking, and collection of unwanted materials at a later date.
