Jetpack (by air)
This is an international air courier service that allows you to send packages ranging from one item up to a maximum weight of 100 kg.
This service can be used for a wide range of purposes, including gifts, product samples, brochures, and personal belongings to be sent separately when returning home.
This is the transportation service we offer.
This is a door-to-door international courier service, from pickup within Spain to delivery throughout Japan (excluding remote islands). Delivery takes approximately 15 days.
- Separate shipment
You can send personal belongings to Japan separately from your carry-on baggage when you return to Japan. You will need to declare these items as unaccompanied baggage upon your return. -
- Other than items shipped separately
In Japan, customs clearance is possible regardless of the consignor's return to their home country, and import taxes will be levied. Product samples and gifts can be sent.
Conditions for accepted cargo
- weight
The total weight of your luggage must be within 100 kgs. The weight per box must be within 32 kgs. - size
The dimensions of one box must be such that the sum of the three sides (A + B + C) is within 300 cm, and the longest side is within 200 cm. - Limit on the amount of trust
The total value of your luggage plus shipping costs must be within 51,000 euros. - Jetpack's shipping costs are determined based on the heavier of either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of your luggage.
Volumetric weight = Calculated from the size of the package after packing (A × B × C ÷ 6000)
Actual weight = the actual weight of the package after packing.

What is included in the price?
Shipping costs from pickup in Madrid or Barcelona to delivery throughout Japan (excluding remote islands).
There will be an additional charge for picking up your package from other parts of Spain.
Additional charges on top of the above transportation costs
- Airline surcharge due to rising fuel costs (subject to change): Approximately 1.30 EUR/KGS
- X-ray examination fee: 20.00 EUR
- Additional domestic security measures fee: 15.00 EUR
- Insurance costs
Additional charges may apply depending on the conditions of your request and the contents of your shipment.
- Packing fee (if we pack it): 25.00 EUR + cost of the box
- Pre-delivery fee for packing materials: 15.00 EUR + cost of the box → Information on providing packing materials
- An additional charge of 20.00 EUR will be applied if the goods need to be carried down the stairs due to the lack of an elevator.
- Collection fee for items collected from areas outside of Madrid and Barcelona.
- A cash-on-delivery fee of 9.02 EUR will be charged when paying for shipping in Japan.
- Customs duties, consumption tax, and other public taxes and charges (actual costs) if levied in Japan.
Items we cannot accept
As this involves international shipping, each country has its own import bans and restrictions. Please be aware that some of the items you plan to ship may be subject to these restrictions. If any prohibited or restricted items are found, unnecessary costs will be incurred for inspection, disposal, etc., so please be careful.
Import-prohibited and restricted items
- Narcotics, stimulants, opium, poppy seeds, cannabis seeds, and their inhalation devices.
- Currency and securities (including counterfeit, altered, or imitation items)
- Pornographic videotapes, films, CDs, DVDs, magazine photos, etc.
- Products that infringe on intellectual property rights such as patents and copyrights, and counterfeit brand products.
- Handguns, rifles, imitation handguns, swords and bladed weapons
- Flammable and explosive substances such as sprays, matches, lighters, benzene, and paint thinner.
- Things regulated by the CITES Convention
(Examples) Furs of tigers, leopards, bears, etc., ivory, taxidermy, snakeskin products, some herbal medicines, coral, caviar, living animals and plants (monkeys, parrots, orchids, cacti, etc.) - Items requiring animal and plant quarantine
Meat products such as ham, rice (rice flour), dried flowers, potpourri, flower seeds, etc. - Those regulated under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act)
Items that are not prohibited or restricted from import but cannot be handled by our shipping service.
- gemstones, precious metals
- Alcoholic beverages such as wine, tobacco products
- Perishable goods such as fresh produce, and items that require quality inspection during export customs clearance in Spain.
Shipping responsibility
The carrier's liability is limited to 19 SDR per kg (or 17 SDR if the Warsaw Convention, the amended Warsaw Convention, or the Montreal Protocol IV applies) for actual damages (liable damages) to the entrusted cargo.

We will only collect any unaccompanied items up to three days before your departure.
Please note that we may decline applications submitted immediately before or after your return to Japan. -

We will visit you on weekdays (Monday to Friday) without specifying a time.

Delivery of your package
Your package will be delivered to your doorstep.
Payment of shipping costs
Cash on delivery (if paying in Japan)
Shipping costs can be paid upon delivery in Japan. In that case, the shipping cost will be converted to Japanese yen and settled accordingly. A handling fee of 9.02 EUR will also be charged for payment upon delivery.
Prepaid (If paying in Spain)
If you are paying the shipping fee in Spain, please transfer the amount we will inform you of after weighing the cargo to our bank account listed below. We do not accept credit cards.
Please note that your package will be shipped only after we have confirmed your payment.
Information on Declaring Unaccompanied Baggage
If you are shipping your belongings as unaccompanied baggage upon your return to Japan, please be sure to declare them at the airport where you will be entering the country. Please note that if you do not make this declaration, your belongings will not be recognized as unaccompanied baggage during import customs clearance in Japan, and import duties will be levied even if they are used personal belongings.
