Important Notes
You are required to submit a separate baggage declaration form upon your return to Japan.
For customs clearance of your luggage in Japan, you must submit a "Declaration of Unaccompanied Baggage" at your arrival airport upon your return to Japan.
This service is generally only available to those who have been staying in Hong Kong for more than one year (visa holders) and have plans to return to Japan.
We offer a service to accept your declaration form and passport at Narita, Haneda, Kansai, and Nagoya International Airports. Please visit the "Unaccompanied Baggage Declaration Counter" at each airport.
