There are items whose transportation and import/export are restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, and terms and conditions.
International shipping of food products is possible.
However, this is conditional on complying with the laws, regulations, and rules of both the sending country (exporting country) and the receiving country (importing country). Some of these regulations and rules apply not only to business shipments but also to personal shipments, so thorough checking is necessary beforehand.
Additionally, we are unable to accept orders for some services. Please contact our sales department for details.
It is possible to transport animals (pets) as air cargo.
The exporting country and the importing country must meet the legal requirements and conditions set by both countries before transportation. Some countries and airports may not accept shipments. Conditions also vary depending on the airline.
Additionally, we are unable to accept orders for some services. Please contact our sales department for details.

International air transport typically involves loading cargo tightly onto aircraft pallets with other goods and securing them with special netting, requiring more robust packaging than domestic transport. Therefore, shippers must ensure their cargo is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport and to avoid harming other goods. We also request that each package be marked with a case mark or other identifying mark to identify the cargo.
We also offer packing services, including transferring items to stronger boxes. Please consult with our sales representative before shipping.
