We have our own bases specializing in automotive parts near the factories of Japanese automobile manufacturers throughout India, and we provide domestic transportation services throughout India. Our milk run service is mainly based in Delhi in the north, Chennai in the south, and Sri City. We achieve improved loading efficiency and reduced logistics costs through optimal vehicle dispatch planning. For long-distance trunk line transportation, where various problems are likely to occur, we thoroughly manage planned vs. actual results, just as in Japan, and manage delivery dates by confirming work instructions during pre-boarding checks and tracking deliveries in real time during transportation. In India, too, we provide transportation services that adhere to the lead times promised to our customers.

To ensure safe and secure transportation services, we thoroughly manage operations using a control tower. By visualizing truck location information, the system detects abnormalities such as deviations from set routes, speeding, and operation outside of operating hours, and notifies the operations manager in real time, enabling proactive transportation management.

To enable set manufacturers to receive parts "just in time," delivering what they need, when they need it, and in the quantity they need," we have our own facilities near set manufacturers' factories and provide a factory-front warehouse service for parts manufacturers. Our customers have told us that using this factory-front warehouse service has improved the loading efficiency of long-distance transport, reduced the number of emergency transports, resulting in improved "Total Delivery Costs," and ensured quality through emergency response in the event of defects.

We strive to improve work quality by creating a workplace environment and culture of continuous improvement that allows employees to work safely and securely. At each site, managers conduct daily audits to check the tendencies of workers' handling of material handling equipment, workplace safety issues, and whether work is being carried out in accordance with work standards. We also provide regular feedback sessions to promote improved safety awareness among employees, improved work quality, and on-site improvements.
