For exports, we collect your name, address, and telephone number for the purpose of responding to your inquiries regarding overseas shipping, processing exports of your packages, and arranging air transport to your designated destination. For imports, we collect your inquiries regarding air transport from overseas, processing imports of packages from overseas addressed to you, and arranging delivery to your designated destination.

For exports, we will obtain personal information regarding export procedures and air transport to your designated destination by having you fill out a transport application form or similar document directly. For imports, we will obtain personal information by telephone or fax when deemed necessary for import procedures and delivery arrangements to your designated destination. For inquiries regarding transport, we will obtain personal information by telephone, fax, or by having you fill out the necessary information directly on our website. Please note that if we are unable to obtain the information requested for optional items, we may not be able to provide our products and services or respond to your inquiries and consultations. On the other hand, in order to conduct our business of providing products and services, we may handle personal information entrusted to us by client companies and organizations.

Except as required by law, we will not disclose or provide your information to third parties without your permission. For transportation purposes, we may entrust transportation to a carrier selected by us. In this case, we will appropriately verify the management system of the outsourced carrier under our responsibility. Furthermore, for exports, we may provide your name, address, and other information to our affiliated companies overseas in writing and electronically in order to transport your goods to your designated destination.
