Handling of Personal Information (Moving Services)

In connection with your move, we will collect your and the recipient's names, addresses, telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, chat history, details of your belongings, and photos/videos related to your move for the purpose of transporting your belongings to your designated location, storing them in a storage unit, and providing ancillary services and after-sales services after the move is completed. We may also collect your personal information by conducting surveys for market trend research, quality improvement, or future product/service development.

We primarily obtain personal information about our customers when they directly contact us by phone, fax, or email to request a quote or consultation, or through our website or system. We also obtain information through completion of quotation forms and application forms, submission of various documents, or interviews conducted by our employees. While all requested information is required to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, some questionnaires may contain optional fields, and there is no problem if you do not fill them out. Furthermore, in order to conduct our business of providing products and services, we may handle personal information entrusted to us by client companies and organizations.

Except as required by law, we will not disclose or provide your information to third parties without your permission. For the purpose of transporting and storing your goods, we may entrust these tasks to transportation and storage companies selected by us. Similarly, for the removal and installation of fixtures, outdoor equipment, etc., we may entrust these tasks to contractors selected by us. In these cases, we will, under our responsibility, appropriately verify the management systems of our contractors.
If you pay for moving expenses, etc., by credit card, at your request, we will provide your credit card number, expiration date, internet usage information, etc., electronically to our partner payment processing company or the credit card company with which we have a contract, for the purpose of payment processing and fraud detection and prevention. In addition, we will provide your name, membership number, and points to our partner companies electronically for the purpose of adding points to their point services.

当社では、海外にお引越しされる場合など、お預かりしたお荷物を海外のご指定先に運送するために、お客様の個人情報を海外にある第三者（当社グループ会社を含む）に提供することがあります。
また、お客様が利用されているクレジットカード発行会社が外国にある場合、これらの情報は当該発行会社が所属する国に移転される場合があります。当社では、お客様から収集した情報からは、ご利用のカード発行会社及び当該会社が所在する国が特定することができないため、提供先が所在する外国の名称および提供先の海外の個人情報保護制度、提供先が講ずる個人情報の保護のための措置に関する情報については、ご提供することはできません。

We properly manage the personal information provided by our customers and take appropriate and reasonable protective measures, both technically and administratively, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. In addition, we have appointed a person responsible for the protection and management of customer personal information in each department that handles such information, and we ensure proper protection and management under the direction of that person.

If you wish to request disclosure of information about yourself that you provided when requesting our moving services, please contact the Personal Information Inquiry Desk listed below. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope. In this case, a fee may be charged in accordance with our regulations.

We will protect the information of minors provided to us in the same way as we do for adults. However, for those under 15 years of age, we may obtain parental consent as needed.
