Handling of Personal Information (Domestic Air Freight)

In order to transport the packages entrusted to us by our customers to their designated destination, we will obtain the names, addresses, telephone numbers, or mobile phone numbers of both the customer and the recipient.

We primarily obtain personal information by having you fill it out directly on the delivery slip. If you wish to request a pickup, please contact us by phone, fax, email, electronic media, or by filling out the necessary information directly on our website. Please note that if the items we request are optional and we are unable to obtain them, we may not be able to provide our products and services or respond to your inquiries and consultations. On the other hand, in order to conduct our products and services as a business, we may handle personal information entrusted to us by client companies and organizations.

Except as required by law, we will not disclose or provide your information to third parties without your permission. For transportation purposes, we may entrust transportation to a carrier selected by us. In such cases, the contract stipulates that the carrier must manage information in the same manner as we do. We also periodically verify the management systems of our outsourced service providers.

We properly manage the personal information provided by our customers and take appropriate and reasonable protective measures, both technically and administratively, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. In addition, we have appointed a person responsible for the protection and management of customer personal information in each department that handles such information, and we ensure proper protection and management under the direction of that person.

The personal information we hold is the same as the information on your customer copy when you made your request to us, so please check your customer copy for details.
If you wish to request disclosure of information about yourself that you provided when requesting pickup, please contact the Personal Information Inquiry Desk listed below. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope. In this case, a fee may be charged in accordance with our regulations.

We will protect the information of minors provided to us in the same way as we do for adults. However, for those under 15 years of age, we may obtain parental consent as needed.
