Service Plans
Separate transport from general cargo
We carry out the work in dedicated vehicles (or within the vehicles) and in dedicated sorting areas.
A double-check system combining "IT-based management" and "human-based management."
You can track and manage your cargo using Nippon Express's logistics information system, "SPEED".
At each point along the cargo's path (from the shipping office to the airport/terminal to the delivery office), a dedicated checklist is used to ensure that each individual cargo item is properly checked for presence.
Vehicles and management system
- Delivery vehicles are equipped with "security boxes" and secured to the cargo bed to prevent theft.
- Vehicles equipped with automatic locking devices will be used. For vehicles without such devices, both the doors and the cargo area will be securely locked.
- Use vehicles that do not allow direct viewing of cargo from outside.
Office facilities
Valuable goods collection, delivery, and storage operations are conducted in a space completely separate from general cargo.
It is isolated from the outside world, and access is controlled by a fingerprint authentication system (only pre-registered users are allowed entry).

Access control is implemented through double authentication using an ID code and fingerprint (access history management).
