Protect BOX LIGHT

Protect BOX LIGHT is a pallet-separable model that can be quickly fitted around customers’ pallets. It substantially reduces handling time while increasing loading capacity and reducing weight.

A simple system: fit the side panels and lid around a pallet already loaded with cargo. It provides the same protection against soiling and damage as Protect BOX, with less handling effort. *Assembly instructions are available in Japanese only.

Features of Protect BOX LIGHT

  • One-touch attachment reduces work time.

    With a simple one-touch attachment that just slips onto the customer's pallet with the sides and lid, no complex assembly procedures are required. Furthermore, there is no need for transshipment, enabling integrated pallet transport from origin to destination. This significantly reduces working time and personnel burden.

  • Increased loading capacity and improved loading efficiency.

    Because the sides are attached to the outside of the pallet, the load capacity is increased by approximately 10% compared to conventional Protect Boxes. Furthermore, it can be stacked in two layers inside containers and trucks, eliminating wasted space and improving loading efficiency.

  • Achieves weight reduction

    By reviewing the components, the weight has been reduced from 46kg to 25kg. This approximately 30% weight reduction makes it easier to handle and contributes to lower operating costs.

  • The basic performance of the Protect BOX is also inherited.

    The honeycomb core material covering the entire surface provides robust protection against cargo damage caused by external factors. The LIGHT version offers the same level of protection against soiling and damage as the standard Protect BOX.
