By utilizing our comprehensive transportation network that covers all of Japan, we consolidate products of the same category and deliver them to specific destinations in a single shipment, thereby achieving increased efficiency and lower delivery costs.
Furthermore, by using a buffer warehouse for standard products in conjunction with the joint distribution center, it becomes possible to respond to emergencies as well.

Industry-wide milk runs reduce both costs and CO2 emissions.

For example, in the Kyushu region, we utilize our regular delivery trucks to jointly collect products from multiple manufacturers using a milk-run system. The collected products are then transported in bulk to distribution centers in consumption areas using rail containers. By enabling joint delivery to each destination, we have successfully reduced logistics costs and CO2 emissions for each manufacturer.

Our joint delivery service operates not only domestically but also globally. In India and China, where there are many automotive manufacturers, we collect parts on a scheduled basis and load them onto production lines. We steadily transfer the know-how we have cultivated domestically to overseas markets and promote the horizontal expansion of milk run transportation, thereby realizing efficient solutions regardless of region or industry.
